These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CoAtch ("the Service"), operated by CoAtch ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
CoAtch is a coaching management platform for volleyball coaches. It provides tools for practice planning, lineup management, match tracking, player evaluation, and season management. We reserve the right to update or modify features at any time.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@coatch.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Free trial. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
Billing. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Early adopter pricing. Your subscription rate at signup is locked in for the life of your membership. We will not raise your price without advance notice and your consent.
Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
You own the data you create in CoAtch. We do not claim any rights to your rosters, practice plans, match records, or any other coaching content. You can export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoAtch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or coaching program outcomes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
